"Improving the quality of the visitor experience by reviewing the visitor journey (includes customer care, meeting visitor expectations, visitor data collection and analysis, marketing and partnering with tourism bodies)"
This course is free of charge to those registered on the MDN programme, other delegates are welcome and may apply for a bursary to cover the £15 course fee. Lunch will be provided.
